Octave Immobilier.
Octave Immobilier is an independent real estate developer based in Quebec City. Since 2020, we have acquired large wooded properties in Charlevoix and the Saguenay region, then subdivided and developed them into lots for homes, cottages and small communities. Our legal name is Société Immobilière Octave inc.
David Pineault
David Pineault founded Octave Immobilier. Before focusing on rural land development, he worked in artisanal carpentry and property management. He leads each project, from land analysis to the sale of the last lot.
